PlanDesk vs Bluebeam

Bluebeam no longer makes Revu for iPad or Mac. Revu for iPad was retired at the end of 2025, and Revu for Mac ended in 2020. PlanDesk is a full markup and takeoff app built for iPad, iPhone and Mac, with Windows too, for less than half the cost of Bluebeam's cheapest plan.

7 days free, then $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year per person. Team seats are the same price; people who only view are free.

Bluebeam left the iPad and Mac. PlanDesk is built for them.

iPad and iPhone

Revu for iPad was retired on December 31, 2025. PlanDesk is a native app made for Apple Pencil, with full measurement, counts and takeoff pricing on the jobsite.

Mac

There has been no Revu for Mac since 2020, so Mac users run Windows or a browser. PlanDesk runs natively on Macs with Apple silicon.

Works offline

Open a 300-sheet set on the jobsite with no signal and keep working. Your drawings live on the device, not in a browser.
