Three steps

1. Run PlanDesk-Setup.exe from your Downloads. It installs in a few seconds and opens PlanDesk. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC," click More info, then Run anyway. If your browser asks whether to keep the file, choose Keep.
2. Sign in with your email. You'll get a 6-digit code in your inbox.
3. Make PlanDesk your PDF app (optional): right-click any PDF, choose Open with › Choose another app, pick PlanDesk and click Always. PDFs from File Explorer and Outlook then open straight in PlanDesk.
